(Age group: 30 and above) ​ Whether it is slowing down in your competing days or commencing in your training. The strive to better yourself never ends. Individuals in this age group often have both knowledge and regrets in their life. Even if they have missed an opportunity, individuals in this age group still have much to offer in knowledge or by inspiring others in achieving a once lost goal.  ​ This class allow individuals in this age group to express and realise their goals through specialisation into different areas of martial arts through study, practice, or competition.
